General Info for Guests:
Please call 07914 772860 a few days before arrival with any question you may have and then again on your arrival at the cottage and someone will come and meet you with the key.
You can bring bath towels, or they can be provided for a small fee. Please bring slipper for the cottage, this helps us keep the cottage in excellent condition and to a high standard of cleanliness for you and visitors in the future.
One pet is allowed.
No pets to be left in the cottage without supervision.
No smoking is permitted inside the cottages.
Please don't allow your pets on the seating and bedding as this will cause excessive wear and tear. This will help us keep the standard of the furnishing to a high standard for you and visitors in the future. Thank you for your consideration. Please report damages as soon as they occur.
Please arrive after 3pm on day of scheduled arrival.
Please vacate the cottage by 10am if possible as we have very little time get all the cottages ready by 3pm the same day. Thank you for your consideration.
On morning of departure, please give the keys to the manager.

Washing facility is available on request at a charge of 5 pounds, which includes drying. Please call for key collection.
We can provide a hand & bath towel for a small fee of 3 pounds per person per week on request.
Recycling bags are found under the kitchen sink (one for paper, and the other for plastic and metal items.) We ask that all refuse be taken with you to the green collection bin by the gate before your departure, which then is emptied every Wednesday.
